We do not sell your information to marketers, advertisers or third parties.
Disclosure of personal information outside the United States of America
We may disclose personal information outside of the United States of America to third party service providers who assist us in providing the services to you who are based in Australia, India, as well as cloud provider Amazon Web Services, Inc (AWS) located in the United States of America. When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of the United States of America and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle that personal information in compliance with United States of America Privacy Law. We will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient will deal with such personal information in a way that is consistent with the United States of America Privacy Law.
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- the use of the standard contractual clauses for data transfers between EU and non-EU countries approved by the European Commission;
- our agreements with our employees, contractors and third party service providers also contain appropriate provisions with regard to the confidentiality and protection of your data; and
- we undertake security assessments of third parties with whom we share your data to ensure we have confidence in their systems and procedures.
Using our website and cookies
We may collect personal information about you when you use and access our website.
While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our website, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the internet protocol address assigned to your computer.
