Terms
One prize per person.
Must be redeemed before 1200hrs US Eastern Date Time Sunday 2 July, or between 1 September 2023 and 30 September 2023.
1. The prize draw is organized by AEGIS 24/7. The prize is for one entry to the The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum (USS Intrepid), located at Pier 86 W 46th St and 12th Ave New York, NY 10036-4103, USA.
2. Entries received after 8pm US Eastern Date Time, 30 June 2023 will not be accepted.
3. Our prize draw requires the download and creation of an account on the App Store app, Core Lite: Safety system. Users then send a message request via Instagram, which must contain details of their download including but not limited to a screenshot of their account details, phone number (username for account recognition), so we can verify the download.
4. AEGIS 24/7 will not accept responsibility for entries that are or delayed or not submitted, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

6. AEGIS 24/7 reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
7. Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of AEGIS 24/7, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
8. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
10. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. AEGIS 24/7 may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
11. AEGIS 24/7 reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
The Draw
12. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process by 8am US Eastern Date Time the 1st of July 2023. Prize only redeemable 1st to 2nd July 2023, or between the 1st and 30th of September 2023.
13. The winner will receive details of the prize via Instagram or email. Winner must provide consent to use of their image in any promotional imagary.
14. The winner will be notified by Instagram messaging or email (using details provided at entry) by 8AM US Eastern Date Time on the 1st of July 2023. If a winner does not respond to AEGIS 24/7 within 24 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and AEGIS 24/7 will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
15. The prize will be supplied at the USS Intrepid in company with AEGIS 24/7 staff or representatives.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. AEGIS 24/7 reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the AEGIS 24/7 control makes it necessary to do so.
17. The decision of AEGIS 24/7 regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. AEGIS 24/7 reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Limitation of liability
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, AEGIS 24/7, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of AEGIS 24/7, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
20. AEGIS 24/7 is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the AEGIS 24/7 Privacy Policy which is available on our website.
21. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by AEGIS 24/7 or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
Governing law
22. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by New Castle, Delaware, USA law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
23. AEGIS 24/7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
